For Christmas 2016, I decided to make my focus across KS2 to design and describe a Christmas jumper. I posted on The Languages in Primary Schools Facebook page where I had offers of help from Jane Birtwistle and Helen Lawlor. Taking an idea to design a football shirt by Clare Seccombe of Light Bulb Languages which was then adapted by Jane Birtwistle - thank you for the worksheet - I have created an activity for each of the 4 year groups with a focus on nouns - gender and plural - and adjectives - masculine/feminine/singular and plural.
There is a lot of grammar involved, especially in the Year 5/6 worksheets, so although intended to be used one per year group, which one you choose will depend on the time you have available, the children's prior knowledge and their ability.
The files were created in Publisher - a new venture for me - but they've been converted to PDFs for ease of use.
